Canyon exciting recruit to jumping
He was doing nice work at home but was quite keen and hit one a good clout early on. I'm hoping the experience will help him settle.
Towering display by Martello in Grade 3
He's good and tough and my staff and Danny (her son) have done a super job with him and Adrian gave him a great ride. I think he is special but all has to go the right way and he'll stay on the novice route now. He has won over two miles and three miles so could go back to two if you want.
McNamara barely moves a 'Mussel' on winner
He took his time and three runs to win his point to point. His bumper win was only a penalty kick but he is a stronger horse now. He'll come back here in December for a novice. He is very closely related to Ted Walsh's staying chaser Southern Vic.
Gentleman outpoints Risk in Grade 3 chase
I own him myself and never got him sold and he's lightly raced as a result. He has a nice pedigree and has low mileage, and Ruby was very impressed with his jumping. He's still for sale and we'll keep upping him in grade.
Issue burns them off in handicap hurdle
He had little issues and as a result has little miles on the clock but hopefully he might improve another bit. He is loving his racing now and jumps great. He'll go chasing next season.
Emcon records surprise win in bumper
She is a huge mare and never does any more than she can get away with! She works better on grass and doesn't show a lot on the all-weather (at home). I don't suppose she'll go for a winners' bumper and might go back hurdling now.
