I'd say we have had about 30 places in the last 6 weeks and I hope that'll turn our luck now. This mare will go back and try and win on the flat again (won at Wexford in July) before she resumes over hurdles.

He'll step up to two and a half miles now. He has a very good cruising speed but I don't know where he'll go next, we'll just wait and see what the handicapper does with him.

He is only five and we'll take our time with him as he is from a good chasing family. I'm delighted and Ruby was great on him, of course I didn't have to give him any instructions. He is tough and jumps well and if I had a few more like him I'd be happy.

I've had a fortnight to remember! This fellow is after improving a lot and he was good there as the ground was a bit dead for him in Listowel last time. He'll get a holiday for the winter now.

The boys that own her are also into Ballybacka Lady so they've had a good few days. He was a very good point-to-pointer but he didn't stay right last year, whatever was ailing him. That was his first run back of the season and he'll probably go for another handicap now. He is still a novice too.
