De Bromhead wins opening race of 2017
I'm delighted for her owners the Darmody's from Mullinavat as it has taken us a while to get there.
Genius lands Tramore gamble
it was a quiet Christmas for us with runners so it's nice to get a winner over the festive period. He’s a grand little horse, and the light weight in a handicap suited better than running in maidens and the ground also suited him. David gave him a great ride and it worked out well for him.

Returntovendor rewards owner's patience
he was our last runner of 2016 (finished third at Limerick on December 28), and it's great to win with our first runner of this year.
West makes it 3 for De Bromhead & Mullins
I'm delighted, he got a great ride from David again. He just loves that soft ground, and he just ploughs on through it. He is lovely horse and we will see now what is coming up. He could go for something like the Kinloch Brae at Thurles or the Red Mills Chase at Gowran. I don't think he needs to be too extravagant. I was a bit worried coming here on a tight track, but he did it really well and I'm delighted with him. It's been an amazing day so far. The Brookhouses (owners of Champagne West and Fairyhouse winner Montana Belle) have been great supporters of ours.
Doubling Dullea scores with Line & points win
I just had a winner (Kalanisi King) in a point-to-point twenty minutes ago so it's a good start to 2017 - if the rest of the year could be something like this I will be delighted. I genuinely thought my luck wouldn't hold up today with the way the ground was, and even though it was a low grade handicap it was very competitive. Paul (Townend) was brilliant on him; he got away in front and dictated the pace to suit our horse and the horse’s jumping probably won it for him. The horse deserved to win more than anything as he was unlucky to run into a couple of good horses the last few months. I don't know where he will go from here, he might get a break and come back in the spring.
