she was homebred and is owned by my father-in-law (John Motherway) and is improving a little every day. It was a pity she missed getting black-type at Limerick the last day but we might have another shot at it somewhere. She is versatile ground-wise but her secret is she needs a trip. There is a Listed novice back here in a fortnight against the geldings but there's another Grade 3 against mares over two miles in Down Royal next month. She might get an entry for that as it is a lovely big track and I wouldn't totally rule it out.

Jamie is delighted with him and he won nicely at the line. He was a little bit green when he joined the leader but he said once he got him out, he quickened well. He has been on the go a while and will need a break at some stage but we'll see how he is after that and I'll have with Jamie and see what he thinks. I'm delighted for Michael (Hannon, owner) as he had Maeve's Choice who got injured a few years ago and he bought this horse at the sales. He is a pleasure to train for and hopefully we'll have a bit of fun with this horse.
