He deserved his day, he has been a great servant to us all year. The pace of the race really suited him today. There is not a lot left for him pattern wise, there is the Joe McGrath Handicap here in few weeks time. We will see how he comes out of the race, it would be a very big ask of him.

The handicapper put in him at 90 after he won at Tramore and we thought that was bit high. He was in the English Cesarewitch but they didn't handicap him which might have been a pity. He seems better on the flat than he is over jumps. He's entered in Listowel but he won't run.,

We're delighted, we've always liked him and he's progressed well. I think he'll make a Group 1 horse in due course. The Lockinge is a serious target for us next year. We could go to Longchamp Arc weekend next. Kevin said he was very happy with him and that he got there a little bit too soon and he idled in front.

We were disappointed that he didn't get into the Galway Mile as we thought he'd win he was only first reserve. He's come back this year to what he should be a very nice horse and I think he's a Listed Race horse I'm always saying it.
