It was a fairly weak race but it’s nice to win over hurdles as he’s really a chaser in the making. The ground is plenty quick enough for him and he’d not want it any quicker.

He was going well when he fell in the north, and probably didn’t stay the last day in Navan. The flatter track here suited him, although he doesn’t want to be in front too long. He should make a lovely chaser next summer.

He likes a bit of good ground and has been running well all year. He may have another run if the ground stays right for him.

He’s a nice horse and Jamie likes him. I don’t think he’s too ground dependant but he liked that ground and quickened up well there. We’ll probably look for a good winners’ bumper for him now.
