Bounty denies apprentice winning first ride
I heard immediately after the race that he (Mr Bounty) was 4/1 to win the photo and I thought we were 'done' on the inside by Adrian Keatley's horse (Lady Ranger). It's great he's won though and I thought the short six furlongs would suit. My only instructions to Shane (Kelly) were to bounce and let him find his rhythm as he's a big horse who can get unbalanced.
Bebhinn helps Hayes continue good run
she ran very green on debut at the Curragh but has a very good attitude and temperament. We've entered her for the Marble Hill Stakes and her long-term target is the Heniz (Phoenix Stakes) at the Curragh. La Collina was our most recent winner of that race and she (Bebhinn) measures up to her. I'm hope to find one close to her but by far she's one of the better ones we have at the moment.
Bocca Baciata wins Salabil Stakes
Fran (Berry) did the right thing by pulling her to the outside and got her relaxed. I've never seen a horse travel so well to the last two furlongs and it looked a good test and a good race. She was very big last year but filled out and strengthened up. She has a really really good temperament and hopefully she has stopped growing now. She's in the Blue Wind Stakes, the Irish Guineas, the Epsom and Irish Oaks and a race over a mile and a quarter in France so we'll see what the summer holds. If the ground got softer that wouldn't bother her.

Berry completes Navan double
Christy (Roche) had him in great shape but he is a horse who has had problems. I always felt he'd win a race or two and it's great to get a win with him now. The ground was just soft enough for him and he finished out his race very well. He should provide plenty fun when conditions suit him and and he'll have no problem going 1m6f or two miles.
Ballydoyle introduce a nice bit of Fluff
Joseph (O'Brien) said she'd be hard to beat if she wasn't green. The odd one of ours is green but she wasn't. She has a great pedigree and couldn't have won any easier - it was easy.
