McDonogh wins opener
He travelled really well today. He ran very well at Galway but then he ran terrible at Dundalk.
Nicholson records first winner on flat
That was my first flat winner. This filly had a lot of foot problems in the past. She had a run on the flat at the back end of last season but she just wasn't ready. We always thought a lot of her. Kevin Manning recommended that we put blinkers on her and that seemed to have done the trick. Hopefully she'll keep going now.
Head Space impresses at Naas
He's a very smart horse and he could go anywhere.
Prendergast doubles up with Velvet Flicker
She did it well, she has won four races for me now. I think she wants further than five furlongs well I hope she does anyways. She ran well in the million, she had a deseperate draw and she was only beaten a couple of lengths.
Foley finds perfect Partner
I'm delighted for the owners Philip and Deirdre Lloyd who are having a tough time of it so hopefully this will do them the world of good. He's a nice sort whose on the up. We'll have a look a see what's there for him next, there's the hundred thousand sprint in the Curragh that could be an option. He was a bit unlucky the last day he ran at Dundalk. He's coming along all of the time.
Murtagh Picture Perfect for Naas
She was perfectly entitled to win on her form and we'll look for a stakes race. She has been quite unlucky not to have black type already.
