He'll mix with the flat and will probably come back here at the next meeting (April 5th) for a mile handicap. Davy Moran schooled him at home so we'll have to give him the ride then. He jumped great but I was just a bit worried about him staying. He likes the soft ground. (EM)

She is a promising, well-bred mare. We will look after her and won't run her if the ground is fast. She'll go for a distance race again and she likes that ground. Chasing will be her game eventually. (EM)

That is the fifth generation from that family that I've had and they rarely let us down. From the earlier 50s we've been training horses from that line. We'll play it by ear and see how she is. She should make a great stud mare and she doesn't have to do that much more racing. (EM)
