Top Spin takes opener at Roscommon
Leo Gali scores for Wachman
She's a nice filly. She had some good runs last year and she's really improved this year. We will now aim her at Stakes races.
Curtis and O'Leary strike at Roscommon
Fisher Bridge back to his winning ways
He was good there and he stayed on well. Tim [Carroll] gave him a good ride, he did exactly what he was told and it worked out well thankfully. Two miles would probably suit him better. I'm not sure where we'll go now I have the Galway Plate in mind but I don't know if he's good enough and the same owners own Nicanor and we're going to bring him back for the Plate. He is rated highly over hurdles too but we'll definitely go for another flat race.
Keane on the mark with Lynott
To be honest I really didn't want to run him as I thought the ground was too fast but the owner convinced me. He's had plenty of problems in the past, he disappointed us at Fairyhouse in a hurdle race but we discovered he had a palate problem so he's had an operation on it and it seems to have done the trick. Hopefully he'll go on to win again, he's a nice horse with plenty ability if we can keep him right. We wouldn't run him on anything faster than it was today as he's had leg problems in the past.
Walsh excels aboard Nodouraboura
I'm absolutely delighted he won, that's our first winner in awhile the horses have just being running under par lately. Katie [Walsh] said he loved that ground and I think the extra trip is what he needed. He'll go back hurdling now and we'll keep him on the go throughout the Summer.
Adajal completes hat-trick
Oscar gains Glory at Roscommon
He had a nice grand racing weight and he loves that quick ground. He handles the tight tracks as he's a well balanced horse which you need around here. He jumps like a buck on that type of ground and we'll hopefully pick up another one.
