Morgan at double on Good World
We were very apprehensive about the ground. It was his first time running on it. I just didn't know how he'd go on it but Hugh said he travelled away on it fine. He is not an overly big horse and I suppose we had to try him on it sometime. I had pulled him out of Galway there last week because of the ground. We are not too far from here and while there was a lot of rain forecast for yesterday it didn't arrive. In fairness, they have done a good job with the track and there is plenty of grass on it. We were happy enough that it was safe so we said we would take our chance. He did it nicely with the step up in trip and he has course form. We gave him a little bit of a break after he finished second at Punchestown to Call Me Dolly, where he was beaten by just a short-head. We are glad to come back on a winning note today. We will tip away with him now and see what the handicapper gives him. HIs owners are here today. Alfred (Ma) owns the Good World restaurant in Dublin and it's great that they can be here today.
Whenurgoodurgood gets Fox back amongst the winners
If he stayed the trip I expected him to go close. He had been working well at home and won before over two-and-a-half miles at Killarney. He made a bad mistake on his first start over fences at Tramore last summer and it finished him for the year. It knocked all off his confidence and it took him a long time to come back. He ran a grand race over two-miles at Roscommon and I just thought today on good ground that we had a good chance. He is a big horse and fences will be his game. We will try and get another hurdles race into him. He is the only horse I have in. I left the licence go for nine years and I’m back working in Bective Stud now for Noel and Valerie Moran. I see a lot of good horse there and now I have another!

Malina Girl and Codd a winning team
She just goes asleep in the middle of her races but she stays well. She ran a bit flat at Cork on her second start and then didn't get a run at Killarney in a muddly race. She was due to win and it's great that she did. I'll have a chat with the lads and I wouldn't rule out going for a winners bumper with her, but she will probably go for a maiden hurdle, we will see. She will be kept on the go now.
