Luna Forest impresses at Bellewstown
She did it well and Ronan gave her a great ride from where they were drawn. She's come on considerably from her first run. Full credit to Bellewstown, they have produced the ground in great condition. We'll see how she comes out of today. She needs good perfect ground.
Elusive 1-2-3 for Rogers
It's very hard to win these races and I suppose it's just a pity that they weren't able to divide with eight races already on the card. Lily's Star was a bit unlucky as she was in front a bit soon but the winner was tough, and the third also ran very well. Elusive Express and Lily's Star could run again at Roscommon on Monday.

We'll have to go to Galway and I may put out her ride in the amateur handicap to tender! I'll hardly be short of offers. She's in a hurdle race at Limerick on Sunday. We'll see how she is in the morning, but it may be asking a bit much. She's in foal to Fame And Glory. She's only barely a month in foal so there's plenty of time to race yet. Luke is a grand lad and gave her a good ride.
Rawnaq eyes big Galway bonus
He appears to be an improving horse and fair play to Bellewstown as that is lovely safe ground out there. Galway is the plan. We hadn't decided, but we'd have to think about the Galway Hurdle now.
Shanahan opens jumps account with King
That's my first runner over jumps as he was with Dessie Hughes when second over hurdles at Wexford. Dessie had a lot of the work done with him over hurdles. He'll mix it over the summer and will always want a little ease in the ground. They have done a very good job here with the ground. It was a good performance considering he missed one of the early hurdles.
Money Spider back in the readies
I thought she wasn't too bad when she won a maiden hurdle at Punchestown. But she never got a chance to run on fast ground even when she was with David Wachman on the flat last year. It was a competitive enough handicap hurdle. She may go to Killarney or Galway for something similar.
