Second win in three days for Adams Barbour
He's unbelievable, I don't know what to say about him. We just keep doing what we are doing and he keeps doing what he's doing. We kept him in the 0-65s as long as we could but since he's stepped out of that bracket he's been well able to hold his own. I actually get emotional thinking about him, he came to us by pure chance and he is absolutely turning us around. It's great to get Chris back on him because he suffered one day when he dropped him here. He got back on him that day and won on him. That's three he's won on him now. It's fantastic for David (Adam), the owner, and hopefully it brings some new interest for us. We can train horses, we're a small yard but we're trying to grow.
No Trouble on track, but plenty of it post-race, for Heffernan

Bowen completes quickfire double
He's been improving as he's been going along, he was a bit frustrating at the start in his maidens. That's great as he's owned by my wife.

McCourt newcomer springs a 66/1 surprise
She's a very nice filly and we've liked her a lot all along but I thought she'd take the run. I thought she was a little bit backward. Even two furlongs down I said I'd be happy if she could hang on to mid-division. She'll definitely get a mile-and-a-quarter. I told the lads I'd be delighted with mid-division if she just learns what it is about. She's from a very good dam line. I thought we'd probably end up going handicapping with her so I'll just have to go back now and see what there is for her. She will improve stepping up in trip.
Tyrone & Donegal team up with Capla Knight
To be fair Seamie (Heffernan) said the last day that he wanted every bit of a mile. We knew ourselves he wanted seven or a mile but we dropped him back to six the last day to see how he would handle it. He had a good man in Seamie on him the last day and Luke gave him a peach today, it's great for him to get a double. Unfortunately Conor (son, victorious owner and All-Ireland winner) is at training with Tyrone tonight so he can't be here, he'll be regretting missing it but it's great to get a winner. The horses are flying. They are low grade horses and to compete here at all is unbelievable. We have a good system now and it seems to work, long may it last.
