River Derwent goes in again at Dundalk
He came out of the race lovely the other night and I was always going to let him run there. There's a chance he will be claimed now - I put in a friendly claim, but I'm sure there will be one or two others.

Beauty Bella opens her account at the 15th attempt
We have finally got the key to her, I think. She's a good filly and we always thought a lot of her. It was just never happening for her. Before this, when she came under pressure you'd give her a couple of smacks behind the saddle and she would just put up her head and had enough. She rolled into it there with hands and heels, and she was game at the end. There is definitely more in her. We'll keep her going probably on the turf over the summer.
Course specialist Mulgrave is back on song
Down to a mark that he can win off. He's a very hard horse to train and ride in the races as he is very, very keen. Siobhan (Rutledge) does a brilliant job on him at home and keeps the lid on him the whole time. That makes him hard to train because you can never work him which means you are kind of undertraining him the whole time. He has a lot of ability when things fall right for him. The syndicate know him and are very patient with him. Delighted for him and another good ride by Donagh there, he is riding very well. He did (go to the All Weather Championships last year) and he could possibly go again. There is another race for him here next week. We might come back for that, we will see how he is. He was unlucky last year (in Lingfield), he didn't get the clearest of runs and flew home. It was a good day out and they enjoyed it, so we'll see. Delighted for them to get their win today.
Browne McMonagle doubles up on well backed War Correspondent
The last day was a non event, he stood in the stalls and the race was over. Lucky enough we were in last today which was a big help. His three runs before that were very good and I thought one day he might just come good. He's after running around 20 times on the Flat and has never won. Dylan said he was going to keep it simple today. He said if he came out, he would ride him real positive. If he fell in a hole up the straight, so be it. He stayed going. To win five lengths, I couldn't believe it. That was a 95 handicap - there was only one horse rated over 95 and the rest of them were in the 80s (and 70s), but he won well. He's basically running away here until he gets a bit of nice ground to go back over jumps. He wants good ground. He has a wind issue, so he gets away with it on nice ground. As soon as the weather dries up, he will go back over hurdles. He's a fine big horse and great to get his head in front.
