Murphy's Think Big off the mark on 3rd start
There's no doubt he is a very, very good horse. He was just actually a bit green there when he did hit the front and he leaned in a little bit. The best horse won on the day. We'll probably look for a bit of black type with him now - he is in some good races [including the Group One Phoenix Stakes] and we will see how he comes out of this. We'll make a plan going onwards, but we think he is very smart anyway. We are thinking of some big races with him as he has progressed with every run. We weren't overly hard on him and he has come on nicely. Robbie (Colgan) just said that he was just a little bit green in front and he said that he has loads of class and loads of speed and that he loved him. He's just improving every time he goes out. I think six (furlongs) would be no bother at all to him.

Lupini hails special win with Abstraction
He is a horse very close to my heart. Since I bought him he's been my baby really. I'm delighted to see him winning for me, this is special for everyone in the yard. The owners love him,. It really is special because he had loads of problems, so it is great to have him back in the winners enclosure. Shane (Foley) was brilliant on him - best ride I've seen!. He was a very good horse in his day, he has been coming down the handicap of course. I was expecting a good run and we said that everything that comes after that would be a bonus. He could go to Tipperary or Cork - he needs a flat, quick track. Hopefully the weather will hold up for Tipperary and Cork. I'm training in Loughbrickland (Co Down) and I have 11 in at the moment - a few young ones and a few handicappers.
Royal County Down just gets home
He's a little bit of a slow learner, but once he got the hang of things he stuck his head out front.
Donnacha O'Brien doubles up at Down Royal in feature on Downdraft
He's a beautiful horse to ride, you just throw the reins at him and he goes along at his own pace. Then when you give him a squeeze he is there for you,. He's an improving horse and I think the step up in trip brought about more improvement. I'll leave it to Joseph (O'Brien), but there is anywhere he can go with him - he can go anywhere, he is tactical and he relaxes, so you would have a load of options with him.

Next Stop Broadway for the great Con
Sure he's as tough as nails. Con (Marnane) bought him cheap and he is a grand horse,. He might win another one, we might find something in Galway towards the end of the week. I think there is a race there for him on Saturday, so he might go for that. He's very genuine. He ran a few times last year in France and he probably just needed time to fill out as he is a big, strong horse. That trip seems to be ideal for him because even though he gallops he's not slow. He has a little bit of pace as well. He ran very well in Killarney - Shane's brother Nathan (Crosse) actually rode him and he thought that he didn't go hard enough on him in Killarney. This place probably suited him better too - a big, galloping track.
