Janna's Jingle strongest in "very tough race"
She's going to Dubai on Monday for a winter stint and I think she'll do well out there. Ground wise she's versatile . she goes on any. She's game as a pebble too which helps.
Another win at Listowel 2013 for King
He gave her a peach of a ride. He rode her for me a couple of times at Dundalk . he was second and third on her. We set this up a while back thinking that there'd be soft ground for her. The only race suitable for her was over six and half but it rode like a seven and a half furlong race so it played to her strengths. A local man, Xavier McAuliffe put me on to her so it's great to come back to Listowel and get a win with her. We have eight in training but we're always looking for a few more. We work hard and we try our best and hopefully the winners will keep coming.

Smash and grab from Murtagh at Listowel
We thought he was a nice horse at the start of the year. He won second time out at Cork but then he lost his way a little bit. He got a bit keen and maybe went over the top on us a little bit. We freshened him up and I had this race picked out for him for a while. He likes cut in the ground. He was running a bit keen over a mile and a half and maybe this distance (a mile and one) suited him as well. It was a great performance today. I haven't been here all week but he went through the ground well today and it seems to have dried out well. They've done a good job to have the track the way it is. It's hard to win wherever you go. We put a lot of work into this horse . we had good faith in him. The little break we gave him seems to have worked and it freshened him up. We might go for the Finale Stakes at the Curragh or the November Handicap at Naas. They are the two options he has.
Cyclone best in Southampton
He ran well considering that he was a bit sketchy with his jumping. Andrew tried to put him right at the last but he ended up putting him completely wrong . but in fairness he gave him a great ride. He gave him a confident ride. He took a lead and below turning in it was all over.
This Trap continues on the up
He's a very small horse but he seems to have an awful lot of ability. We didn't really know how he'd go on the ground as he'd won on good to firm but we claimed seven off him meaning he was getting plenty of weight off the principals. He travelled great for the young lad and jumped very well. I think the seven pounds made the difference. Ruby (Walsh) won on him at Ballinrobe and he actually felt after his last run at Cork (2nd there) that he was after improving a good bit and now it turns out he was right. Kevin is a good lad for the 7Ib claim. We could look at some of the novice races at Cheltenham in October or November for the horse now.
Mireya takes a decent finale at Listowel
She's a good little mare and Martin gave her a brilliant ride. He's a great kid but he doesn't get the chances. He's not long back from injury and he actually missed a winner for me during that time.
