Rock off mark in style
He would probably have done it here a month ago when he was brought down,.
Geraghty strikes again on Asymmetrical
He was entitled to that on his last couple of runs,. He's not a bad horse. He just gallops and jumps. He was a bit unlucky at Cork last time. He's a bit slow and the three-miles brought out the best in him.
Substitute comes good in style
He's well overdue that win. He's a half-brother to Roberto Goldback and we thought he would win a bumper a long time ago,. He's a big horse and might just be coming to himself now. The cheekpieces made a difference and Andrew made his mind up at the top of the hill. We rode him differently today.
Riotman battles to success
Butler shines on Bound
Shane said he was always travelling pretty well. He liked the ground which was a big help as a lot of the others didn't,. We were going to give him a break but then I saw the weather forecast and this opportunity so I said he could go to the field some other time. He'll probably go to Listowel.
Drop in grade suits Rocco's
Pistol outguns them
I was a bit suspect about the ground but he handled it,. The day he won his maiden hurdle at Down Royal it rained all day and was soft. I think he's better on good ground but Bryan said he moved well on it today. He travelled well and jumped well. We'll keep him going for the summer.
Brough Academy gets top marks
I near pulled him out because of the ground changing. He's small and I felt with 12 stone it would be better to take him out. He's tough and only for my daughter Katie he wouldn't have run. She said to run him as he's as tough as nails. He's got a class pedigree and he's a class little horse. He jumps like a buck and he's for sale as his owner Derek Iceton is more of a flat man. I'd love to keep him if I can get a buyer as he'll win loads of races.
