Pulse Of Shanghai resumes winning ways
He's a wonderful horse and maybe he'll get up to listed standard now,. The one big plus with him is that he pings the gates. We thought there would be a lot of early pace so the plan was to hold him up and see if we could drop him on the line. He just pinged the gates and got a free run up front. He's a super horse, that's four wins from five runs up here now. He had a long season and his last run was maybe one too many. We sent him home straight after that for a break and he's come back bigger and stronger. People were wondering about dropping him back to five but he did beat a horse of ours that won the Rockingham, Strong Johnson, by a short-head over five in Down Royal and that's a fast five. He's a super horse to have around the yard. He seems to love the all-weather. We ran him last year in the Curragh a few times and were questioning his resolution on the turf but the ground was maybe a bit soft. When we came here to Dundalk it transformed him.

Jered Maddox gets a well-deserved victory for Marnane
It's no more than he deserved. He's been second five times here and has been very consistent. I think he's just getting better now. He'll have one or two more goes up here but I'd like him to have a go on the turf on a straight track.
Grandmaster Flash registers third win at Dundalk
It was a good performance and he toughed it out well. Dylan said he was always half flat out on him over that trip. Ever since he was gelded (in November) he's a genuine horse and he had to be there to battle it out. They've all come to him but he said he kept picking up. He keeps doing it and it was a nice strong ride from Dylan.
Rutledge excels as Wild Shot lands sixth course win
It was nice because we've had a tough run of things with a lot of seconds and maybe the horses weren't firing. It's nice to get one on the board anyway. It was a very good ride by Siobhan, she took her time and produced him nicely. He's been very straight-forward since I got him. The change of scenery always seems to make a difference. We thought he'd run very well today, we fancied him, and I'm delighted to get his head in front. The owner (Cathal McGuckin) is a very nice man and I'm delighted for him.
Well-backed Diderot off the mark for Lyons and Keane
He's still very green and a work in progress. Colin rides him a lot at home. He said he gave him a beautiful ride, did everything right, went a good gallop, but he was just still green. He'll come on for that mentally and we'll see how he comes out of the race. He appreciated that real good ground so that's something to factor in. There are no plans but he'll improve massively.

Pride Of Pimlico Dukes it out best at 40/1
I cannot tell you how delighted I am. It's such an achievement to win with that horse. I brought him to Navan in March 2019 and he came home sick. He got abscesses along his spine and at the base of his tail. The vets couldn't find out what was wrong with him. I thought he was going to die and it has taken him from then until six weeks ago to come back. It's a great tribute to my head lad Frankie Breadeen and Johnny Wixted who rides him out. We knew he was in great form and I just wanted him to show me tonight that he still wanted to be a racehorse. We didn't honestly know whether he'd stay the trip or handle the surface. I'm so delighted for his owners who have stuck with me through thick and thin.
