We're delighted with that, he's a work in progress and still very green. We knew he'd like this surface. We're delighted that he won over seven because we know that he wants a mile. Colin said that he'd be a lovely horse for next year over a mile or even a mile-and-a-quarter. We're absolutely thrilled to get a winner for Philip Richards, who is a new owner to us. He's based in the Isle Of Man and has been very patient. He had a couple of horses with us last year and we said we'd get him a nice horse this year and here we are. Hopefully he has a good season next year as well.

Caffrey bags another winner on Eddie G

He's a lovely little horse. He was unlucky in Galway this year and the handicapper gave him 4lb for that. He gave him 4lb for being second another day as well and sometimes when horses like this get two penalties for being second, they struggle. . Thankfully we got away with it and he got his win for the year. He was off injured early in the year, so it's great. . Padraic (Connolly) and the syndicate are from Galway and that was his first run in Galway this year when we ran him first time back.
