Sheila Nash (IRE) wore ear plugs which were removed at the start.
Permission was given for My Keepsake (GB) to go early to post.
Jonjo O’Neill Jr, the rider of Sheila Nash (IRE), was unseated shortly after the start was affected.
After viewing a recording of the incident, it was found that no other horse or rider was involved, and that the incident was accidental and caused by Sheila Nash (IRE) jinking left shortly after the tape went back and unseating its rider.
The Stewards were satisfied that Sheila Nash (IRE) was deemed a runner.
Following the race, Lorcan Williams reported that Doctor Dotty (GB), unplaced, was hampered by Sheila Nash (IRE) unseating its rider at the start.
