Permission was given for Mariner (IRE) and Alvesta (GB) to wear a red hood to post.

The Veterinary Officer reported that upon inspection Ravenswell (FR) was roan and not bay as published in the racecard.

Taylor Fisher, the rider of Ravenswell (FR) was unseated leaving the stalls.

Fisher was interviewed and shown recordings of the incident.

It was found that the incident was accidental as Ravenswell (FR) jumped awkwardly left-handed onto the heels of Mariner (IRE), placed second, and became unbalanced unseating Fisher.

Ravenswell (FR) was deemed to be a runner.

An enquiry was held to consider interference 1½ furlongs out involving the winner, Samoon Star (GB), ridden by David Egan, Dibble Dabble (GB), placed third, ridden by Rossa Ryan, Alvesta (GB), placed fourth, ridden by David Probert and I Dare You (GB), placed fifth, ridden by Lewis Edmunds.

Egan was suspended for 4 days for careless riding as he allowed his mount to shift right-handed toward the rail when insufficiently clear, resulting in Dibble Dabble (GB) being carried right-handed into the path of Alvesta (GB) causing Probert to take a check and to switch off heels, which in turn caused Edmunds to take a significant check on I Dare You (GB), which consequently became unbalanced.

Following the race, David Probert reported that Alvesta (GB), placed fourth, suffered interference 1 furlong out.
