However, Luke Dempsey was found to be in breach of Rule 213, having failed to report, at the first instance that his horse had hung throughout and having considered his record, cautioned him concerning his future responsibilities in this regard. L.P. Dempsey, rider of Duca Valentinois, trained by J.P. Murtagh, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount hung throughout. C.D. Hayes, rider of Red Haired Mary, trained by P.D. Deegan, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount got very upset in the stalls.
