The Veterinary Officer reported that Pauline Robson had presented the incorrect horse at the racecourse stables for identification in place of Blue Plan (IRE) which was declared to run in the 5:02pm.
Robson and the Veterinary Officer were interviewed.
Having heard their evidence, the Stewards referred the matter to the Head Office of the British Horseracing Authority, and ordered that Blue Plan (IRE) be withdrawn.
