Formscan By Gary Carson - BIG INTEREST may be able to bounce back after after a disappointing show last time in Gowran. He lost a shoe that day and the run was too bad to be true. The Soldier Of Fortune gelding was impressive when beating Its On The Line here at Christmas and that looks very strong form with that horse narrowly denied at Cheltenham on Friday. Ballyphilip is a consistent performer and looks a danger. He had a couple of today’s rivals, Bold Fury and Drumnasoo, behind when winning here last May and may be able to confirm the placings. The Presenting gelding was placed in a couple of strong ‘Opens’ last month.
A steeplechase for ] Certified Hunters five years old and upwards that have not won more than one Steeplechase confined to Certified Hunters and that have been placed first, second, third or fourth in a Certified Hunters Steeplechase in Ireland or in a Point-to-Point Steeplechase in Ireland between 25th September, 2021 and 11th March, 2025
