< Shot From The Hip picked up the big prize at Killarney with a battling victory in the valuable Ladbrokes Handicap Chase.
A Grade One winner over hurdles, the Edward O'Grady-trained nine-year-old (14-1) chased long-time leader Save My Blushes into the straight and tackled him two out before forging ahead.
Mark Walsh held a clear advantage at the final fence on JP McManus's course and distance winner, who went away on the run-in and passed the post with eight and a half lengths to spare over the running-on Another Ambition
Noel Glynn has had to be enormously patient with Flatfoot Boogie who made his debut in June at the age of eight, but the gelding is making up for lost time and followed up a Cork victory by taking the Irish Stallion Farms EBF Novice Hurdle.
Andrew McNamara made all on the 12-1 shot, who quickened up coming down the straight to beat off the favourite Bally Longford and then hold Lots Of Memories by two lengths.
McNamara completed a double on John Kiely's Saint Gervais (7-1), who fought a ding-dong battle with odds-on favourite Steps To Freedom over the final three fences of the Kelly Foley Beginners Chase and proved stronger after the last to forge clear by a length.< Shanpallas (6-1), a useful hurdler on good ground for Charles Byrnes, took over from favourite Owega Star going to the second-last in the Killarney Oaks Hotel Beginners Chase and kept going for Niall Madden to score by a length.
The Tommy Stack-trained Gmac (9-2), fifth on his recent jumps debut, stepped up on that as he led at the third-last under Alan Crowe and kept going strongly to beat favourite Ballyglasheen by six lengths in the Tadgh Clifford Groundcare 3-Y-O Maiden Hurdle.
Mick Winters' Another Rebel (10-1) led all the way under Martin Ferris to win a dramatic running of the McSweeney Arms Hotel Handicap Hurdle by four lengths, surviving a scare at the last when a loose horse careered across the track in front of him.
