< Tribal Path continues on his merry way and registered his fourth victory on the bounce in the Dore & Co Solicitors Handicap at Bellewstown.
Donagh O'Connor gets on really well with Damian English's durable gelding and made his own running.
He set perfect fractions because his mount had plenty left to offer when asked for maximum effort at the top of the straight, and he responded gamely to pressure to see off Total Demolition by a length and three-quarters at odds of 5-1.
Ger Lyons won the Irish Stallion Farms EBF Median Auction Maiden for juveniles for the fourth time since 2011 courtesy of Boyfriend Brian
The well-supported 5-2 favourite showed a smart turn of foot to sweep to the front inside the final two furlongs and careered away to beat Future Frontier by six lengths.
A double for Lyons and jockey Colin Keane was completed when Harvey Specter justified strong market support in the Irish Stallion Farms EBF Median Auction Maiden.
The son of Vale Of York hadn't shown a great deal in his previous two outings but almost halved in price to 6-1 before the off and disposed of Palmetto Dunes by two and three-quarter lengths.
Keane made a bold bid from the front on the Lyons-trained Aldo Raine in the GemElliott Construction Handicap, but his race was run turning in and he was passed by Protocol and Smiling Emily
The latter appeared to have matters sewn up, but 3-1 favourite Protocol rallied admirably and got up by a head.< Jembatt (11-2) remains well treated compared to his all-weather figure and completed a hat-trick in the Jim Fuller Memorial Handicap (Div 1), and the second division also went to Chris Hayes, this time on 8-1 shot Romantic
The Aidan O'Brien-trained Romanesque (5-4) may have been tasting competitive action for the first time in July of this three-year-old year, and he looked green, but there is an engine there and he beat Easy Pass by two lengths in the Anglo Printers Maiden.
