Remarkable Lady got off the mark at the 13th time of asking when overpowering Sing For Me in the latter stages of the fillies' maiden at Tramore.

Sing For Me set out to make all and hugged the bends well as she had her rivals in trouble in the final quarter of a mile. However, Remarkable Lady and Shane Foley moved into second on the home bend and kept on well at the business end of this mile and a half contest.

She had too much inside the final 100 yards as she took the spoils by three parts of a length at 15/8 (from 9/4) for trainer HarryRogers.

Sing For Me had to settle for second having been backed down to 7/4 favourite from 5/2.

There was a three and a quarter length gap back to Flagstaff in third.

Shane Foley said: ""She finally got her head in front, her run in Galway was good enough. She handled the track and she only does what she has too. When she got there she half thought about it for a stride or two but in fairness she stayed going.

"Harry told me to ride her like that and I was bit shocked as it's Tramore but in fairness it worked and she enjoyed running after them. When I got to Wayne he didn't picked up as well as I thought he would thank God."
