Ger Lyons' Pirate Jenny built upon her promising runner-up finish in a strong Navan maiden to get off the mark in the opener at Cork.
She was well supported down to 5/6 favourite for this six-furlong maiden and raced prominently under Colin Keane.
This daughter of Exceed And Excel travelled smoothly down to the final quarter of a mile in pursuit of Love Whisper
She was ridden to get the measure of the leader racing to the final furlong and ran on well to shed her maiden tag by a length and a quarter.
Hotel Wren finished second at 12/1, a couple of lengths in front of Dancing Rebel (8/1).
Assistant trainer Shane Lyons said: "She is still immature and 'summer yielding' was a description for today's ground, so it is loose, and she got away with it. She got a lovely lead and Colin rode her with kid-gloves and her attitude was very good.
"She acted impeccably today which was most important and another most important thing was she picks up a £25,000 Tattersalls October Book 1 Sale bonus. That is a plus and while we'll see how she comes out of the race, we'll probably finish with her until next year.
"The main thing now is to see how she develops - she is very feminine and does need a winter under a belt."
