Precious Moments availed of a drop in class to take the opening maiden on the Curragh's card in good style.
Donnacha O'Brien switched to her after his mount Love Locket was ruled out for this six-furlong contest, after a change in going to soft to heavy on the straight course.
She travelled beautifully into contention on the heels of My Friend Stan in the far side group and readily eased past him approaching the final furlong.
She drew clear in the final furlong to win by three and a quarter lengths and justified 8/11 favouritism.
My Friend Stan could make no impression on the winner but did pick up the runner-up prize at 7/1.
66/1 chance Pirate Lass was another couple of lengths away in third.
Aidan O’Brien said: “She’d good form. Donnacha said she’s fast and six is probably her trip.
“We tried her a bit further but she’s fast and genuine. She handled the ground but I’d say she wants nice ground because she’s a low mover.
“I’d say that’s it for this year and we’ll keep her around six next year. The Gleneagles’ are all quick.”
Precious Moments' last five outings came in Group-race company with a best finish of second in the Group 2 Airlie Stud Stakes over course and distance in June.
