Dermot Weld's Mutasarref made it four favourites from four races in Listowel with a professional display in the Jet & Peggy O'Carroll Memorial (C&G) Maiden.
The Dark Angel gelding sported first-time cheekpieces and tracked Mickey The Steel in a close second before he breezed past him in the final quarter of a mile.
Colin Keane, riding his 115th winner of the season, then sent him about this business a furlong and a half down.
Mutasarref kept on well and repelled a staying on (and gambled-on) Stately Home (7/2) by a length and three quarters. There was a further gap of four and a half lengths back to Indulging who got up for third at 5/1.
Assistant trainer Kris Weld said: "After his last run (runner-up at Leopardstown), he looked like he should go and win today and thankfully he has. Hopefully we will go and look for a handicap for him next.
"His dam loved an ease in the ground and we anticipated he would handle it well."
