Mrs King left her debut run well behind her when quickening right away from her rivals in the extended seven furlong maiden for two-year-olds at Tipperary.
The Dubawi filly was introduced at the Curragh in May when finishing seventh of eight in a six furlong maiden but it was a very different story today.
Jim Bolger 's charge broke from stall two and was soon pushed up by Kevin Manning to lead. She had From Eden for company on her outside as odds-on-favourite Johannes Vermeer tracked them in third.
Manning sent her on at the two pole and she held a two length lead with a furlong to travel. She increased the margin back to From Eden and hit the line four and a quarter lengths to the good at 6/1.
From Eden kept on for second at 5/2 with well-backed Johannes Vermeer taking third spot a further length and a quarter away. He was unable to make an impression on the front two in the final quarter of a mile when he came under pressure in third. He was backed from 11/10 to 8/11 to make a winning debut for Aidan O'Brien.
Kevin Manning, in the Godolphin colours, said: "She was a little awkward at the Curragh the first day and was quite green but the step up to seven furlongs was a big plus.
"When I asked her to quicken up off the bend into the straight she quickened up well and kept lengthening the whole way to the line.
"It was a nice step forward and you'd have to be very happy with that. I think there is more improvement in her."
