Declan McDonogh rode his second winner on Punchestown's card on 11/10 favourite Goodie Two Shoes who made it two from two in the 1m1f race.
Goodie Two Shoes skipped a Listed engagement at Galway last week due to the going, but she certainly looks like a filly going places.
She was an impressive winner of a fillies' maiden over an extended mile and three in Killarney and the drop in trip proved no problem to her today.
The daughter of Fastnet Rock raced close to the pace and travelled from third into the lead on the run to the final furlong.
She was soon shaken up by McDonogh and moved well as she fended off Monaasib who tried to reel her in.
She beat her main market rival Monaasib (2/1) by half a length with the pair a couple of lengths clear of 20/1 Quizical
Owner JP McManus' racing manager, Frank Berry, said: “She learned a little bit from Killarney and Declan said she rode a bit sharper today.
“It was a good performance and she'll learn a bit again. A mile-and-a-half might suit her okay.
“I don't know what Joseph's (O'Brien) plans are with her. He had mentioned a race in France later on in the season.
“You'd be pleased the way she picked up, Kevin's horse (Prendergast, Monaasib) is not a bad horse. We'll see what Joseph wants to do and take it from there.”
Goodie Two Shoes holds an entry in the Group 1 Qipco British Champions Fillies & Mares Stakes over an extended mile and three at Ascot for which Paddy Power cut her from 40/1 to 25/1.
McDonogh also took the preceding race on board Band Width
