Ballinrobe stages its first Flat meeting of the year on Tuesday when the E26,000 Treacy's Pharmacies Irish EBF Fillies Handicap takes centre stage and has attracted nine runners.
Handicap specialist Tony Martin sends Creeping Ivy for the race and while the dual Dundalk winner comes here following four down-the-field runs, those were over hurdles and her latest Flat handicap start was a winning one, at the County Louth venue last November.
Oisin Orr takes off a valuable 5lb on the daughter of Mustameet and she has solid claims along with fellow jumpers Water Sprite for trainer Gordon Elliott, and the Charles Byrnes-trained Denham Sound a hurdles winner at Wexford latest.
Champion jumps trainer Willie Mullins sends out two runners at the fixture and while his She's So Flawless makes her debut in the Irish Stallion Farms EBF Maiden, his final runner High Haven tackles the concluding Brendan McNulty Memorial Maiden having lost her maiden race in the stewards' room at the Currragh earlier this month.
The daughter of High Chaparral was first past the post over a mile and a half and looks primed for compensation over a furlong further, with useful jumpers Powersbomb and Elusive Ivy possible dangers.
The opening John Madden & Sons Claiming Maiden would see the Robbie McNamara-trained Tenth Amendment take the beating on his best form, while Michael Halford's Claregate Street has leading claims in the Tierney´s Foxhall Handicap having run well twice in recent handicaps.
