The Golf Open Week at Gowran Park Handicap was won by James Leavy's Shayrazan with Danny Grant doing the steering.

Leavy said afterwards, 'My horses are coming back to themselves they had been sick for awhile. He ran well in Galway and came out of the race well so we decided to take our chance here. Danny gets on well with the horse and gave him a lovely ride.'
