Desert Abbey is Galway bound
Jessica Harrington´s Desert Abbey ran out the game winner of the Coors Lite Hurdle at Limerick today and is Galway bound.
Ridden by Andrew Leigh, the daughter of Presenting did very well to reel back front running Track Mac eventually getting to the front on the run-in, to record a three parts of a length win.
Harrington was absent but her assistant Eamonn Leigh (father of the winning jockey Andrew Leigh) later briefly mentioned "Desert Abbey might go to Galway for a novice hurdle."
