Feet Of A Dancer bagged her third course win at Wexford when taking the opening rated hurdle this afternoon.
The Paul Nolan-trained mare had won twice at the track last year and was making her return from a short break having last been seen in action at the Dublin Racing festival, finishing third in the Paddy Mullins Mares Handicap Hurdle.
Sean O'Keeffe tracked the leaders on the 11/4 favourite today before producing her to dispute along with Dark Note turning for home.
A better jump at the second last gave her the advantage and she asserted before the final flight, before holding her rival by three-parts-of-a-length at the line.
“She likes it around here. She's a little mare we think a lot of,” said Nolan.
“She handles that sort of ground so I wouldn't like to risk her on quick ground but she's a versatile little lady.
“Possibly the further up in trip she goes the better she'll be. I think that she'll stay well as she's by Authorized.
“She's a mare that we like and hopefully she'll go on to do better things.
“She got a little bit of a setback after Leopardstown the last day so we decided when she got over that we'd bring her back to try and win again with her.
“She's done that so we'll make a plan now and see where we go from here. She's only five so we'll try and mind her.”
