Second on his racecourse debut at Clonmel earlier this month, the five-year-old bay was expected to go one place better this afternoon and was sent off the 5/4 favourite.
Settled behind the clear leader Jazz Toes the Barry Maloney owned victor reeled-in that front-runner approaching four out and took over at the head of affairs.
Briefly headed three out, he quickly regained the lead and went a few lengths clear as they entered the straight, keeping on well from there to see off Place Des Vosges by four and a quarter lengths.
The runner-up ran a fine race on his first start over flights and was returned at 10/1 under Mark Bolger for Mark Fahey.
The Conor O'Dwyer trained Capilano Bridge (9/2 to 10/3) completed the placings a further three lengths back in third.
de Bromhead said: "He is a lovely horse. Dylan gave him a super ride and he jumped well. We couldn't have asked him to do it any better really.
"I'd say he'll go for a novice next, we'll see. He is a real chaser in the making and I'm delighted with today. I'd say we could look at going further with him in time.
"We'll speak to the Maloney's and see what they think and we'll make a decision from there."
On the return of Minella Indo tomorrow, de Bromhead added: "Minella Indo is in good form. He can usually be a bit slow to come to hand so we said we'd get him out early.
"We will get him started here tomorrow and decide where to go after that. There is a new race for second season novices at Navan at the end of November that he could go for."
