Michael Halfords Man of Aran won the Magniers Cider Handicap under a strong ride by Gary Carroll.

Gary Carroll son of former top flat jockey Raymond Carroll is now apprenticed to Halford and lost his 10 pound claim in Downpatrick this afternoon.
