Camelia De Cotte made it five wins in six starts since sent over fences this season when taking the Order Of St George Coolmore NH Sires Irish EBF Mares Novice Chase in impressive fashion at Thurles.
The Willie Mullins-trained mare made all in this 2m4f Grade 2 event, and the 11/10 favourite was in total command in the straight.
Paul Townend ’s mount cruised home to beat Grey Waters by all of 20 lengths, with Ellie Mac also picking up some black type a further two and a half lengths back in third.
Merie Devie could find no extra inside the final half-mile and dropped back to finish fifth after a mistake at the last.
Townend said, "That was probably her best performance and fences have just turned her inside out. She has jumped out to her left a few times and in Listowel she actually went right so that's just her.
"She is a tricky ride and is not straightforward but that was an impressive performance. She has grown up and is improving."
