After race at Dundalk Wed, 8th Nov, 2023 (1st)
He probably had a few pound in hand and I'd say he's the kind of horse that needs to run with a bit of confidence. Gavin kept him on the bridle for as long as he could. We just didn't want to take it up with him so when the horse joined him down the back, and went ahead of him, it was perfect for us. He got a lead into the straight and I had said to Gavin to try and hit the line with him. He probably had to go a little bit too early, but it worked out grand in the end. Gavin gave him a great ride. We could have a bit of fun with him, we'll probably give him a little bit of a campaign up here now. Hopefully he will be able to compete in one or two more.
