Reports in which Perfect Judgement (IRE) was mentioned
Whelan Judges it well on Perfect
Perfect Judgement (7/1, from 11s before the off) proved well named as Ronan Whelan produced him with a well-timed charge to land the Aer Lingus College Football Handicap at Leopardstown. Thu 22nd AugEmerald enjoys beautiful Naas terrain
The owner of Champion Chase hero Captain Guinness put up the money for the Declan Landy Fencing Handicap and it was the speedsters from the Flat that were on display here, 2/1 favourite Eclipse Emerald showing the rest the way home in the hands of Joey Sheridan at Naas. Sat 11th MayMcGuinness wins finale with expensive breezer
Perfect Judgement (18/5) bounced back from being the Birdcatcher Nursery beaten-favourite last October to gaining a first success today, landing Dundalk's Join Us On Instagram @dundalk_stadium Race for trainer Ado McGuinness and jockey Cian MacRedmond. Tue 16th JanGamble on Judgement in Birdcatcher
The Ado McGuinness-trained Perfect Judgement has been the subject of a major gamble in the Irish Stallion Farms EBF Birdcatcher Nursery Handicap at Naas this afternoon. Sat 14th OctMcGuinness looking forward to his travels
Ado McGuinness reports that Tiger Belle is on course for a tilt at the Breeders' Cup Juvenile Turf Sprint at Santa Anita next month. Sat 14th OctNikki Swango another for Lupini
Nikki Swango put her experience to good use in the Irish EBF Median Sires Series Maiden over six furlongs at Dundalk. Fri 22nd SepEdwardian surges home for Moore
Edwardian put in plenty of good late work to get off the mark in the Irish Stallion Farms EBF Maiden in Naas. Wed 26th Jul
After race at Dundalk Tue, 16th Jan, 2024 (1st)
he ran in a really good maiden in Naas during the summer and we thought he was a 'sure thing' the next time but got drawn up the wrong side up the Curragh and he has been disappointing. He ran well in Cork in a winners' race, we then put him into winners' company and there were also good horses with him. He disappointed in the Birdcatcher but the ground was horrible and I put it down to the ground. Every other race he has run in, he has been very consistent. He is entered in the sales next month in Tattersalls or will be sold before then - he would be an ideal horse for the Middle East. He was a breeze-up purchase (for €100,000) last year, he wasn't cheap - I think he was one of our most expensive breeze-up horses. We bought six breezers and he is now the sixth to win. The pressure is now on for two months time when we are back again.
