After race at Dundalk Wed, 22nd Nov, 2023 (1st)
the race the last day, over 1m2f, didn't suit as they just went no pace but today's race suited as they went a good gallop and the horse that went off in front (Humanitarian) set them all at it. She had targets to go at and galloped right out to the line. She enjoyed that today and Billy knows her. Actually when it came up the other day for jockeys, Billy just said to Kevin (O'Ryan, agent) 'tell them I'm riding' so that was enough for me. I was a bit unlucky earlier on with Dream Ticket, she'll come up here again.

I'm delighted for the lads. I played football with Richie (Dunne), I carried him for a long time on the pitch!. Eddie (McGarry) played football for Carlow and Annie (O'Rourke), the other part owner, is leading her up. She worked for John McLoughlin years ago and works in Naas hospital. She rides her when she's off. She's a good old mare, she won first time out as two-year-old and then last year she ran well in handicaps. She's just stronger this year and she's held her own every time this year. I'm delighted for the lads to come to a nice track, she ran a cracker on Guineas weekend at the Curragh and has run equally as well today. We'll keep her in that grade over a mile or a mile-and-one. She needs a good galloping track as she's a big filly.

She’s a lovely big filly, very honest and never had any complications. She’s owned by a lovely syndicate of lads that have been with me for a good few years. Sadly the man who picked her out, Frank McGarry, passed away this year and his son Eddie is involved. She is going to be a lovely filly on grass next year. She showed a good attitude in the finish and really stuck her head out.
