Tthat wasn't before time. He has gone very behind-the-bridle and I thought early-on today we were in bother. He just looks slow even at three miles and that's the way it is. That's his trip and I don't think he'll be moved much off 120 so might be able to run well in a handicap or in a winners' of one. He has been on the go for the winter and if the ground stays safe, he might stay going.
Paul Nolan
After race at Killarney Tue, 11th May, 2021 (1st)
He is a lovely horse, isn't ground-dependent and was third at Dundalk the last day and has won on that easy ground there. He just gallops and Colin was very good on him and he will turn out to be a very good fun horse for his American owners.

He's still immature, he's a baby and we asked him a massive ask to run him in the Derby, and it was unfair of us to do that on him with the year it was and without a run. In fairness to Colin (Keane) he looked after him (in the Derby). This is more like it - we'll take baby steps after today and climb up the ranks. He's a horse going forward that we will geld. Being by Camelot we will look forward to him as he's a big, gorgeous, handsome horse that can have a nice campaign next year. He can go on any ground to be fair. He travelled there and he has a touch of class hence why we ran him in the Derby. There are big races to be won with this lad over trips next year.
