That's great. I'm delighted for James (Kelly) and Lady O'Reilly and their patience has been rewarded. Her best form was always on fast ground and we've always said she was better on it but it started to catch up with her. It took her a long time to get over the Pretty Polly as she came back not herself. That's a nice race to win before the winter and she'll go home for a holiday now. We won't be tempted to run on quick ground again. She'll be a good mare next year and could be a filly for something like the Matron. Her Guineas run was no fluke.

She's improving all the time. What was to be her last piece of work was done so easily that we had to work her again earlier this week with older horses. She's a big, tall, scopey filly. It got rough out there, but she has the heart of a lion and is as tough as they come. She has two nice entries in the Fillies' Mile [at Newmarket] and the Prix Marcel Boussac [at Longchamp]. She'll probably go for the Fillies' Mile all being well. I knew the step up in trip today was always going to help her and she's from a good staying family. We always thought she would be best suited by soft ground, but the best bit of work she did was on fast ground.

We think she is a nice filly and there is plenty more to come from her. She was ready to go and do herself justice and she'll probably go for the Silver Flash Stakes now. Lady O'Reilly bought her off of us earlier this year.
