FormscanBy Gary Carson - POUR LES FILLES looks a nice sort for novice hurdling this season and can make a winning start over timber. The Pour Moi gelding won a point-to-point on debut last year and was also successful on his first outing for Gordon Elliott in a Leopardstown bumper over Christmas. He ended his campaign with a fine run to finish fifth in the Grade 2 bumper at Aintree in April. He'll probably want further than this in time but it looks like a nice starting point. Olympic Man is the obvious danger from the Willie Mullins yard. The Martaline gelding showed promise when third in a strong maiden hurdle here at the festival meeting and is entitled to improve from that. Mullins also saddles Armed And Fabulous, who has shown up well in a few bumpers. She could be place material.
A hurdle for five years old and upwards, maidens at startingWeights - 11st 12lbs Mares allowed 7lbs
