FormscanBy Donal Murphy - A tricky contest to decipher with POLITICISE the selection. The winner of the Lartigue Hurdle in 2020, he was second on his penultimate start before failing to make an impact on his most recent outing at Bellewstown. Down to a career low mark of 113, the six-year-old has a price tag of E8,000 and could prove to be good value. Bentham is another in for E8,000. His last win came in July of 2020, beating subsequent Grade 1 winner Belfast Banter into second. Obviously, his form has tailed off since then but in a contest of this quality he should be able to make his presence felt. In first time blinkers, Scheu Time is of definite interest. A four-time winner, he finished two places ahead of the selection when they clashed at Bellewstown. Hermann Clermont is likely to have plenty of supporters with Niall Moore taking a valuable 7lb off, while Light Fury, Very Excellent and Light Heidi are other leading hopes.
