FormscanBy Donal Murphy - It might be worth taking a chance on MADAME PLANTIFF in this open contest. A comfortable winner here in April, she has been disappointing in recent starts. The three-year-old might be reinvigorated by first time blinkers though and is just 1lb higher than her previous winning mark. Best Law and Barrogstown Girl have already won twice this season and both are likely to have plenty of supporters. The Jarlath Fahey-trained latter has been a revelation since starting off in handicap company and could very well defy her latest rise. Successful earlier this month, top-weight Bright N Shine and the Johnny Murtagh-trained Bizarre Dreams are other obvious contenders, while Victor's Choice (first time blinkers) and three-time winner Everylittlestep also warrant respect.
