FormscanBy Mark Nunan - OUTBACK FLYER won a competitive mares’ contest at the Galway festival and has acquitted herself well in better handicaps since then. Runner-up at Killarney last month, she made late headway when beaten a little over seven lengths in a valuable event at Listowel last week and has a decent chance in what doesn’t look the strongest renewal of this. Willie Mullins has won it six times in the last ten years and many will look no further than his representative Champagne Problem. The free-going five-year-old hasn’t been all that fluent when winning her first two starts over hurdles by wide margins but she’s the one in here that has the potential to go up the grades. Scenic Look has had a very productive summer with Flat and hurdling wins. Fourth in a long distance handicap on the level at Down Royal, she may be outpaced late on but has place prospects.
