Fran Berry stole the riding honours with an excellent display of front-running tactics aboard Spinning Wings at Roscommon.
Just four runners went to post for the Irish Stallion Farms European Breeders Fund Fillies Handicap and Berry stole the advantage at the flip start, kicking his mount quickly away.
Allowed to dictate the pace, Berry had the 7-2 shot swinging along nicely and although favourite Genesi tried to peg back the distance at the finish, she was still a neck down at the line.
"She's a great, tough filly and she kept on going to the line. It was a lovely pot to win. The three-year-old was on the mark at Cork last Sunday and made it a speedy double for trainer Edward Lynam, who sold the colt on Monday.
He explained: "He's a three-parts brother to Rakti and we did a deal yesterday.
"Johnny Roe bought him to go to Hong Kong and you probably won't see him here again. I told Johnny whatever happened, he was running in this four-runner race."
