Review leopardstown 9th Jun Radharcnafarraige bounced back to her best with a tenacious Group Three victory at Leopardstown. After struggling to recapture her classy juvenile form in two starts earlier this term, in-form trainer Jim Bolger dropped the filly back to six furlongs for a tilt at the Ballyogan Stakes.Despite being sent off a largely unconsidered 14-1 chance, the move payed off handsomely, with Kevin Manning driving her to a head triumph over the fast-finishing Peahen.Bolger's fine run of form with juveniles continued when the hugely promising Zip Top made a successful debut in the Irish Stallion Farms EBF (C & G) Maiden. The Sheikh Mohammed-owned son of Smart Strike was a rock-solid 5-4 chance at the head of the market, despite the presence of Aidan O'Brien's Tenth Star who had the benefit of experience on his side, and he didn't let favourite-backers down.Sent straight to the front from a handy draw on the rail, Zip Top was simply kept up to his work inside the final furlong and Manning nudged him out to beat Tenth Star by a cosy neck.Dermot Weld's Yellow Rosebud also made the brightest of starts to her career when overcoming a wide berth to land the Irish Stallion Farms EBF Fillies Maiden under Pat Smullen.Weld and Smullen were denied a double when odds-on favourite Notable Graduate was made to play second fiddle to Charles O'Brien's Laughing (20-1), who got up by the narrowest of margins in the Nijinsky Stakes.Joanna Morgan's Mountain Pride, ridden by Gary Carroll, belied odds of 20-1 to run out a ready winner of the Follow Leopardstown On Facebook Handicap.John Oxx and Johnny Murtagh were on the mark with His Excellency (4-1), who claimed the Sharon Shannon Big Band Handicap by two lengths from Hangar Five, while the Derrinstown Stud Apprentice Handicap went to Edward Lynam's Words Of Wisdom, who struck at 6-1 under Raymond Dawson.
